As the year 2008 gave way to the birth of 2009, we began to anticipate a fresh move of God in our midst. Apostle encouraged the body with a prophetic Word for the new year. He said it would be a year of manifestaion; talents, gifts, and callings that had long been dormant would begin to emerge. Prayers would be answered, people would be delivered and set free, lost family members would cry out to God for salvation, and believers would be filled with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues and with  POWER.

We have concluded the first quarter of the new year and we have not been disappointed. Nearly every Sunday there have been newcomers to our services. Souls have been saved, healed, and delivered. Believers have been baptized in the Holy Ghost. Time after time, the atmosphere has been filled with anticipation and charged with spontaneous praise and worship. The Presence of the Lord has and continues to saturate the whole facility from the parking lot to the pew. 

New frontiers have been claimed as outreach ministry sites. Prayer requests, praise reports, and ministry invitations have been sent to us by way of the Internet. Youtube videos featuring Brother Caleb Perry have inspired untold multitudes and given them hope and encouragement. Our MySpace audience has increased on a daily  basis. In the short time that Apostle has been on Facebook, we have received requests for DVDs and offered Biblical answers to sincere questions regarding spiritual warfare.

Countless folks have been blessed by the preaching of Apostle and First Lady Perry. Lighthouse Ministerial Staff have also stepped up to the challenge and have fulfilled speaking engagements in various area churches. Testimonies abound regarding the goodness of God,  the anointing that is upon the Perrys, and the demonstration of love by the members of Lighthouse.

Thank God for all that He is doing in and through us as we remain yeilded to His Spirit. It is for His glory and the upbuilding of His Kingdom that we testify in this manner. Without Him we could do nothing; but With Him, ALL things are possible! To God be the glory, AMEN.

The year 2008 was a year of new beginnings, but 2009 will be a year of manifestation. It will be the year that the Lord will reveal the secret things as they pertain to your prayer and works of faith.

But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly. Matthew 6:6

For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. When Moses was a child he was hidden in the bulrushes. His true identity was concealed while he was raised in the house of Pharoah. In God's time, He spoke to Moses and called him to lead the children of Israel out of Egyptian bodange. Then Moses' true identity was revealed to Pharoah and everyone in the land of Egypt.

When Pharoah refused to let the Israelites leave, God manifested His power in the display of the 10 plagues. When the children of Israel were trapped between the Red Sea and Pharoah's army, God's power was again revealed as Moses stretched forth his rod. 

Much later when Moses ascended the mountain of God to intercede for the people, his countenance was changed by the power of God's presence. The fact that Moses had been with God could not be hidden.

So it will be in this year of 2009; God will manifest His power within His people. His glory will be revealed in the earth. It will be evident who has been in prayer and who has not. God will reward openly, all who have labored in the shadows.

In his opening remarks, Apostle  Perry stated; "The next level of promotion is calling for separation."  This set the framework for the remainder of the message. He chose Joshua and Moses as the central figures and added in references to Daniel and King David.
