God gave you what you can handle. Handling what He gave you is your business.

Ability will get you the job, but it will take character to keep it.

Get Christ's mind in you, first, then be humbled.

When you follow, you are being taught. If you are in the lead, who is teaching you? Follow Christ. Follow His path.

Some are ordained to lead. They are called trailblazers. The majority are called to follow. If you don't follow the program, you alter the path. Those following you will follow the wrong way.

If you get out of position, you will miss your promotion.

Too many visions equals division.
